Aquatic TherapyAquatic Therapy is a procedure attempting to improve body functions by using the assistance of therapeutic exercises. This type of therapy requires constant support of a physical therapist educated in this field. This procedure is performed in water using many different types of exercises and machinery.  At times the aquatic therapy is done in a group setting and other times this will be done alone with a physical therapist. The goal is aquatic therapy is to help an individual restore complete functionality usually lost during an injury.
